Cosmetics inhaled into inside of the body
Chemical materials used as preservatives of cosmetics and insecticide of cloths, and also metabolism of chemical material (used in food, cosmetics) was detected in high density from blood.
After investigation of investigation group for environmental hormone’s affection to baby,infant, adult from Ministry of Health,the following was found on Aug. 2nd. From the inside of the human blood system,the chemical material used in clothes,deodorant have been detected in high density. In which used in cosmetics and food as a preservatives is also detected. This was a first time both were existed in high density.
The both materials are not selected as environmental hormone,by ministry of environment. However chemical material is suspected as cause of disease. Mr.Nakazawa,a chief researcher said “I believe we need to take research on relationship of both materials and disease/illness with in human body.”
The chemical material discussed here is believed to enter human body through air in the room,and the other one is also used as a preservative of soy sauce other than shampoo or cosmetics.
During analyzing blood,research group found out density of chemical material is 10 times more of environmental hormone. Chemical material is detected from 60 investigated adults,average density of 14ppb,highest 200ppb. Other chemical material is detected from most of people,average density 18-72ppb.
