Eat one whole thing

material,itself is established completely and perfectly as one life.

Take in everything filled with life at the stage of living condition with gratitude.
If fish from head to tail,If plants,from roots to leaf,rice is brown rice,sugar and salt,eat black sugar,natural salt which aren’t refined. We eat everything,no leftovers to build our life.

Food with the life means
sugar,protein,fat,vitamin,mineral,fiber,enzyme.
All nutrients are kept balanced.

Radish

For example, radish,at the super market,there exist radish without leafs. Part of leaves are cut down,because they become obstacle when under go process of circulation. However,leaf part has rich vitamin C. therefore, when we eat only white part of radish and say they lack vitamin C,radish will start crying.

Meat and milk

Meat,milk and egg in the market,refined grain,they are food which have only a part of living creatures. Therefore,the nutrients are biased and they lack life.
Food that lack life will take away vitamin,mineral when they go through process of resolution,absorption,and excretion. As a result,we’ll lack nutrients by becoming too much calorie,nutrients and blood will become dirty and health is taken away.

Salt

Salt,in the now days are mainly refined ones. Which became Nacl 99.9%,a chemical
product. They don’t have a life. We recommend to change to natural salt. Refined chemical salt,sugar also taken away minerals inside of the body. When refined,rice,salt sugar,they all look good,but lose life. For food materials,materials with word “Shiro(white)”is usually not good for a body. Rice,bread,sugar are sometimes combined and said
”San-Paku-no-Gai(three white danger)”

Three white danger refers to rice,bread and sugar.
They are refined to be white,and lost vitamin,minerals. Usually,rice means brown rice, a fruit without chaff. We are eating white rice,a “kasu” written as white rice,which is without bark embryo.
Same thing is said to bread and sugar.

Brown rice has 40 kinds of nutrients. They grow bud when in the water. This means,they have a life. On the otherhand, white rice will corrupt when in the water,this means there is no life.

Brown rice will bud when in the water and have energy to produce 3,000 pieces of life. This include dead brown rice too. Sometimes won’t produce bud when situation is prepared. This is seen from brown rice from rice plant where they are grown up by using chemical fertilizer. They might bud,however,about 20-30%will be different from regular growing process.

Eating living brown rice is good to body. It is very efficient,when eat after 50-100 bites.

Brown rice is made from albumen,bark,embryo.
White rice is a rice with only albumen. When look from nutrient side,vitamin mineral is included only 5% in albumen.

Kanji is well made. “Kome(Rice)” and “Shiro(white)” becomes “Kasu”. Rice and “Kou(health)” becomes “Nuka(rice bran)” When taken away nutrients from brown rice,it becomes white rice,rich in nutrients are “Nuka(rice bran)” We are taking time to reduce nutrients and eating food with out energy.

Japanese people start eating white rice from Edo-era,and this time,people in working age often became ill from lack of nutrients and became beriberi. People got afraid by saying Edo-byo(disease).

Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare is listing index to state eat 30 kinds in one day,however,this is based on white rice.
White rice lack vitamin,mineral and need to support by vice-food. When you take a look at brown rice,story is different. Brown rice has 40 kinds of nutrients out of 45 nutrients which is said as minimum necessary nutrients.
If you eat brown rice as main food,there is no need to eat all kinds of food.
