Think from point of view of our teeth. We have 32 teeth(including wisdom).

  1. 20 teeth for grain
  2. 8 teeth for vegetable and fruits
  3. 4 teeth for meat
balance

The balance of teeth will be good when it becomes【5:2:1】

Body change with meal.

Cereal

Intestines of Japanese people are one meter more than longer than that of Europeans and Americans. This is because Japanese people,long time have ate grain and vegetable,those food rich in fiber. Intestine also developed longer to digest and to take in easily.

On the other hand,Europeans and Americans have culture of eat meat for a long time. Meat won’t take time to digest as vegetables,therefore,they have shorter intestine.

What oil,fat do you take?

Fat of cow

Temperature of cow is around 39℃ to 43℃,higher than human. Fat won’t melt in body.They become fat under skin or might become cause of cardiac infaction and cerebral infaction.

Oil of fish

Fish is cold-blood animal and have low temperature,fish oil go away through process of melting. DHA and EPA are included and said cardiac infaction and cerebral infaction are prevented. They also believed as we become smart by taking these.
