We eat vegetables and fruits everyday,however,also taking in pesticides,herbicides,which were used in process of production.

At the time of 1995,pesticides used in Japan was 14.3Kg of cultivated acreage(1ha).4.5kg per one ton of cropped amount,and all numbers one in the world.
As said as medicine,pesticides has word “kusuri(medicine)”.We often think it as a special one. However they all come from petroleum, a poisonous chemical product. Be aware of it.
When land is healthy and rich,there we can get healthy crops and no damage from insects. Chemical fertilizer will make land acid and take away fleshiness. Therefore,non-ordinary crops were made with damage from insects. Use pesticides without thinking about soil or land is same mistake as getting medicines without changing lifestyle.
If we look pesticides from point of ingredients,main category is three types. And if check with methods,sterilizer have 95,insecticide have 136,herbicide have 106. there also hormone,and if include natural product there is about 380 kinds registered.(1995)
